This is the Simitar release of the Mario Bava film also known as “Twitch of the Death Nerve”, I think Anchor Bay also released it under that title. “Bay of Blood” is a seminal effort in the slasher genre and has been oft imitated and mentiones as an influence , especially in “Friday the Thirteenth”. One kill scene came directly from Bava’s film.
