Posted by Horror Grinder on June 2, 2008SCI FI Wire is currently carrying a short interview with Ellen Datlow about her latest book, The Del Rey Book of Science Fiction and Fantasy, an unthemed anthology that showcases a diversity of science fiction, fantasy and horror. “The stories range from [Elizabeth] Bear’s brilliant imagining of why Sonny Liston lost two fights with Cassius Clay (the second was when Clay already became Muhammad Ali), [which] some claim were fixed, to a horrific retelling of ‘Hansel and Gretel’ by Australian Margo Lanagan,” Datlow says.
