Funny Games is a shot for shot remake of the 1997 version of the same name. During the opening scene, an error is apparent immediately. If a character is not in the cameraâ??s view, their speaking parts are recorded later and then dubbed over the scene. Not only is this a bad idea to begin with, but it is poorly executed as well.
